Safeharbor Cloud connection setup
The token is encrypted on the SST server. It is never saved in your workbook.
Add these fields to the signing template through Merge Fields → Opportunity Details. Include every item block, total, billing terms, contract reference, and a required customer signature. Keep automatic full-contract invoicing off; SST creates the progress invoices.
Safeharbor Cloud setup and a reviewed signing template are required before billing a signed job.
Send Workbook to Safeharbor Cloud
Choose the job to receive a private Excel copy and update its value to the current Contract Total. Keep Safeharbor Cloud signed in and this SST pane open.
Publish the AD room details for viewing in the selected job's Notes on phones and tablets. This does not change the job value.

Open Customer in Safeharbor Cloud- Confirm that Private access is available for Notes attachments in this account before attaching an estimate.
- Add a note for this estimate/job. Use Associate to if you want it linked to a job.
- Attach the downloaded Excel copy and save the note. In Documents → Notes attachments, use Private access for authorized Safeharbor Cloud users.
The preparation button does not upload the workbook or verify document access.
This replaces customer information on Costs. The job address stays separate.

Roll Cutting Options
Select a material cut sheet to nest its widths and reuse waste. Refresh after manual changes. Printing refreshes first and omits full-width cuts. Use the checkbox to also omit single-piece sheets.
Reads reduction from F3, cuts from E:F, and rolls from H:I. Put X in column D to skip a cut or column K to skip a roll without removing it.

Reads imported material worksheets and writes cutting layouts, seam totals, splits, waste, and yardage.
